CMA CGM updates Europe-US-East Coast-Gulf Coast FAK rates

CMA CGM has announced updated Freight All Kinds (FAK) rates from all ports in North Europe, as well as the US East Coast and Gulf Coast.

This update applies to Northern France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Scandinavia, Poland, the Baltic, Portugal, and the Ports of Bilbao, Vigo, and Gijon in Spain, to all North US Atlantic ports (New York, Norfolk), South Atlantic ports (Charleston, Savannah, Miami), and all US Gulf ports (Houston, New Orleans).

The new prices will apply to dry containers and will go into effect on 4 September 2023.

This month, CMA CGM SSL Intra Europe announced it will revise its BAF on its Roro South services connecting France with Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco.

Two days ago, CMA CGM announced that the SIRIUS service, connecting the Mediterranean to East Coast of South America, will extend its coverage adding a new call in the Brazilian Port of Rio de Janeiro on its southbound leg.
