CMA CGM revamps North Europe-US East Coast service's vessel fleet

CMA CGM has adjusted its deployed fleet of vessels running the Liberty Bridge service between North Europe and the US East Coast.

According to CMA CGM, the change is necessary due to current market imbalances and to maintain maximum service efficiency.

This new fleet deployment reportedly has no effect on the current service pattern, rotation, or port coverage.

In August 2023, CMA CGM announced it will stop calling at Iskenderun Port with its NC Levant Express service following the recent heavy congestion in the port.

That same month, CMA CGM announced the addition of Oakland to its AZTECA Loop 1 with direct calls from the US West Coast to Central America.
