A video released recently by DP World shows its Chairman, Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem talking about what makes DP World one of the most successful port and terminal operators in the world.
Talking of DP World’s experience of learning how to attract customers, Sulayem said: “Where we operated before we went out into the world, we had several ports competing for our business so we never really enjoyed any… monopolistic behaviour and that resulted in us really learning how to attract more customers and what else can we do [sic], how can we adapt our system and whatever we do, to reflect on what the customer wants.”
