The Valencian company Prodevelop has obtained a new AWS FTR certification for one of its products, Posidonia Operations.
Throughout 2023, the company has received the AWS FTR certification for Posidonia Terminal 4.0 and Posidonia PCS, its Port Community System, with both products meeting the high standards of security, reliability and operability established by Amazon.
Posidonia Operations is an Integrated Port Operations Management system designed to cover all phases of vessel traffic and allow ports to optimise maritime activities in the port’s service area, integrating all relevant actors and information systems.
Prodevelop CEO, Miguel Montesinos, said: “The objective of obtaining these certificates and becoming Amazon Select Partners (AWS) is to guarantee compliance with high security, reliability and operability criteria, thus corresponding to the trust that our customers place in Prodevelop.”
María José Villalobos, Product Manager, said: “Working in the cloud allows continuous monitoring and diagnostics that keeps the product up to date, which enhances its reliability and has a positive impact on customers.”
