TGI Maritime Software, a maritime software editor and integrator, has launched two complementary OSCAR terminal operation system (TOS) modules for secure yard optimization and hazardous container management.
Its ‘Hazardous Management’ module manages and sets entry, allotment, berth and stacking rules.
It also manages maximum plane height constraints and storage restrictions.
Users can also visualize and configure segregation distances between hazardous containers, which is configurable from two sets, IMCO Class and Equipment Family.
Calculations for segregation distances require the visualization of containers in a yard at scale and in real time.
Users access to a top-down view of the yard, and graphic views of the stacks/bays/spans containing containers information.

The yard map allows containers location, a history of container movements, mission information, stacks and spans details and devices assignments access.
Users can precisely search a container or a list of containers using a multi-criteria form and the occupation rate of each yard zone.
The Yard module also allows current and on hold mission visualization via a complete dashboard.
With this table, users can modify destination allotments and delete or reassign a mission from one equipment to another.
It is also possible to change mission priority, block or unlock them, or change its status.
