GEOS secures two contracts for three of it's vessels

Golden Energy Offshore Services (GEOS), a Norwegian vessel owner and operator, has secured two new contracts for platform supply vessels (PSVs) with unidentified clients.

According to GEOS, the three contracts are with first-class international charterers and a total of 380 firm vessel days.

The average day rate for the contracts surpasses $28,000 per day, giving a total firm value of over MUSD 10.8.

Per Ivar Fagervoll, CEO of Golden Energy Offshore Services AS, said: “We are delighted to secure these contracts for our vessels.”

Additionally, the same charterers have options to utilise the vessels for up to 380 days at an average day rate exceeding $28,600/day. If these options are exercised, the total contract value would amount to MUSD 21,7.

In February, Unifeeder Group successfully signed a long-term charter arrangement for two more methanol-capable container feeder vessels.
