Smart technology solutions provider Wärtsilä has announced a partnership with theDOCK Innovation Hub, an Israel-based start-up accelerator focused on the maritime sector.
TheDOCK brings together maritime stalwarts and aspiring creative start-ups to deliver practical innovations for port, shipping and logistics operations.
For Wärtsilä, which recently acquired Transas, Eniram and Guidance Marine, the partnership is expected to facilitate the development of emerging technologies, as well as complementing the company’s Smart Marine Vision.
