A video released by the J M Baxi Group shows the Haldia International Container Terminal, India, in which Kolkata Port Trust recently awarded the terminal an operations and maintenance contract for a period of 10 years.

The terminal has an average crane productivity of 23 moves per hour and connects a vast hinterland, which includes eight north-east and six neighbouring states, as well as Nepal and Bhutan.

The J M Baxi group started to invest in HICT at the beginning of 2015 and have since pushed through with its efforts to transform it into an advanced container terminal.
