NWSA obtains top performing port award

The Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) has won as the best-performing port on the West Coast at the Logistics Management’s 41st Annual Quest for Quality Awards.

The award recognises NWSA’s accomplishment in providing good port services.

The Quest for Quality Awards are a comprehensive and prestigious standard for assessing customer satisfaction and performance excellence in transportation and logistics.

To identify the winners, LM polls thousands of logistics experts who rate service providers in a variety of categories, including ports.

The NWSA achieved a strong overall score, surpassing all other West Coast ports. Additionally, the NWSA excelled in three key areas: Ease of Doing Business, Value, and Intermodal Network.
