The Minister of Transport Malaysia, Anthony Loke Siew Fook, has officially launched Kale Logistics Solution’s (Kale) Malaysia Maritime Single Window (MMSW)
Kale’s Malaysia Maritime Single Window (MMSW) has digitally enhanced operations at Port Klang, Malaysia’s largest port, located along the Malacca Strait—the world’s second busiest shipping lane, with 11,000 vessel calls annually.
The system has reportedly cut vessel processing times from up to five days to just a few hours, thanks to real-time data and improved transparency in service level agreements (SLAs).
Following its deployment at Port Klang, the MMSW was rolled out across other federal ports in Malaysia, establishing a digital framework to significantly enhance cargo operations.

“The Ship Clearance System has been a game-changer for us. Transitioning from a manual, time-consuming process to a seamless digital platform has significantly improved efficiency and reduced clearance times—we are proud to be among the first to implement it successfully,” said Captain Subramaniam, General Manager, Port Klang.

“I am proud to see how the Kale system has helped Malaysian trade, as Malaysian ports reported over 30 million TEUs last year, a 10 per cent increase on 2023,” added Vineet Malhotra, Co-Founder and Director, Kale Logistics Solutions.
“The improvement already seen in Port Klang’s operation speaks volumes to the capabilities of this level of collaboration, especially as Port Klang targets 15 million TEUs in 2025.”
Last September, the Indian government commended Kale for its contribution to the digitalisation of global and Indian air cargo logistics.
