ICTSI's Operadora Portuaria Centroamericana obtains work certification

Operadora Portuaria Centroamericana (OPC), International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI)’s Honduran subsidiary based in Puerto Cortés, has achieved Great Place to Work’s recognition in Honduras.

Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture. Since 1992, the company has polled more than 100 million employees globally to identify what makes a successful workplace.

Great Place to Work works with commercial companies, non-profit groups, and government agencies in over 60 countries.

OPC aims to promote an adequate work environment by integrating health and well-being programmes that attract and retain human talent, developing them with training that enhances their skills.

The company has invested close to $1.5 million in more than 233,000 hours of training for more than 3,000 employees.

This month, Rio Brasil Terminal (RBT), an ICTSI business at the Port of Rio de Janeiro, welcomed the first call of the Sirius/Neo Bossa service operated jointly by CMA CGM and Maersk.
