DP World Jeddah, operating the South Container Terminal (SCT) at Jeddah Islamic Port, has upgraded to Navis’ N4 3.5 TOS.
The terminal was originally using Navis SPARCS until it updated to the latest version of N4, aiming to leverage the state-of-the-art system to address customer demands and continually rising cargo volumes.
Jeddah Islamic Port is a crucial link in the world’s busiest East-West through the red sea, and is the main import destination for Saudi Arabia, handling 59% of its imports by sea.

DP World took over operations of Jeddah Islamic Port SCT in 1999, after being awarded a 20-year concession agreement for its development, and has since invested considerable resources in modernizing the terminal to handle the new generation of megaships.
