Containerchain, creator and provider of cloud-based software for automating container logistics operations, have taken on a new chairman of the advisory board.
Former managing director of ANL, the Australian shipping liner acquired by CM CGM in 1998, John Lines will bring his almost fifty years of experience in shipping to Containerchain — focusing on advising portside and landside stakeholders on the opportunities and challenges that digitization will bring to the industry.
ANL is a global operator in the industry, and a major regional operator, handling over 1.2 million TEU in 2017.
