Container collapse on boxship off Egypt coast

The container ship WADI ALRAYAN has suffered a container collapse off the coast of Egypt.

Twitter account FreightHubs posted imagery of the damage off Alexandria, Egypt, which occurred during stormy conditions on 8 December evening.

The vessel, built in 2000 with a capacity of 3,013 TEU, reportedly lost three containers with another handful of boxes suffering damage.
