CNC has launched a direct service linking Myanmar and Cambodia to Singapore and Malaysia known as the Yangon Cambodia Express (YCX).
The CMA CGM Group, a major player in the fields of logistics solutions, land, air, and sea, has CNC as its Intra-Asia short sea expert.
Myanmar’s main shipping route for imports and exports presently uses YCX to link with the transshipment centres of Singapore and Port Klang in Malaysia.
In addition to its Cambodia services network in Sihanoukville, YCX is positioned to transport further shipments of manufactured goods from the Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone which has experienced significant trade growth.
Cargoes from YCX that are headed for markets afar can be relayed through the broad intra-regional network of CNC and the extensive global network of the CMA CGM Group from the port hubs of Singapore and Port Klang.
