CMA CGM announces port of call change in Poland

CMA CGM has announced that it will be changing its port of call in Poland from 15 May.

All vessels will now dock at the Baltic Hub container terminal in Gdansk instead of the previous terminals in the Port of Gdynia. However, service to Szczecin will remain unchanged.

According to the shipping company, this change will provide customers with an enhanced overall experience, ease of doing business, and better accessibility to inland transportation in Poland and the surrounding countries.

Last month, the CMA CGM Group reported impressive financial results for the full year 2022, with revenues rising 33 per cent over the year prior.

The company achieved $74.5 billion in revenues. The EBITDA margin increased by 3.4 points from the previous year, with EBITDA reaching $33.3 billion, representing a margin of 44.7 per cent.

The net income for the year amounted to $24.9 billion.
