AGL has an extensive network of over 250 logistics and maritime agencies, 22 port and rail concessions, 66 dry ports, and two river terminals.

The company plans to leverage this network to provide tailored logistics solutions, enhance the connectivity of territories, and establish a virtuous logistics ecosystem for all its stakeholders.

According to Philippe Labonne, CEO of AGL,: “This new brand reinforces our ambition to be a trusted logistics partner for our customers in Africa and around the world, while underlining our commitment to innovate and participate alongside Africa’s states and partners in the transformation of the continent.

“I am convinced that with the constant mobilisation of our teams, we will succeed in designing innovative solutions to create value for our customers and partners.”

In December 2022, Bolloré Ports officially opened Timor Port in East Timor, in what is the country’s first public-private partnership.

As the first public-private partnership in the country, Bolloré said this new port aims to improve logistics services in East Timor and responds to current developments in the maritime and port world.
