AD Ports, MBME to advance digital TradeTech solutions
AD Ports Group has signed a framework agreement with UAE-based MBME Group to explore the development of fintech and digital trade solutions that support the Group’s global trade and logistics operations.

AD Ports will draw on its digital subsidiary Maqta Gateway, operator of the Advanced Trade and Logistics Platform (ATLP), which supports the regulation of maritime trade through Abu Dhabi, streamlining processes while reducing emissions.

The collaboration will focus on areas such as goods traceability, digital payments, compliance tools, e-signatures, onboarding systems, and whistleblowing platforms, aiming to enhance efficiency across supply chains.

Mohamed Jamal-Eddine, Group Chief Digital & Transformation Officer at AD Ports, said: “The signing of this framework agreement demonstrates our continued commitment to driving digital transformation across the trade and logistics sectors.

“We will explore opportunities to integrate MBME Group’s fintech expertise with our TradeTech platforms and global reach, to unlock new efficiencies and deliver impactful solutions that redefine industry standards and support sustainable growth.”

By integrating advanced fintech capabilities, both groups aim to strengthen service offerings, enhance customer experience, and unlock new trade opportunities across international markets.
