The Abu Dhabi Ports Authority has said it will a standardized digital platform for trade, customs and logistics across routes in the Emirate.
The platform, called the MAMAR, is a single-window, integrated digital platform featuring 130 services for the regional trade community across sea, land and post.
The authority is part of a 25-strong coalition of government bodies, led by Abu Dhabi Customs, that is looking to utilise digital technology to create seamless trade flows across the region and beyond.
MAMAR utilizes existing features from Abu Dhabi Customs’ e-services and the Maqta Port Community System (mPCS), creating a fully integrated system that allows more efficient handling of goods.
