CCTV footage has been released and shared that shows the moment the 11,388 TEU CMA CGM Centaurus containership hits a quay crane at Terminal 1 in Jebel Ali Port, Dubai.
DP World reported that the incident resulted in one moderate and nine minor injuries, but no fatalities.
An investigation is currently underway to establish the cause of the incident.
According to a PTI source, who shared images of the aftermath, the crane had only been in operation for six months.
