Unifeeder Group, part of the DP World Group, has launched a new direct service connecting four ports in Colombia and the Port of Manzanillo in Panama.
The new service offers coverage for containerised freight between the North Colombian Ports of Turbo, Santa Marta, Cartagena, Barranquilla, and Manzanillo, with short transit times. It is particularly designed for export enterprises dealing with time-sensitive items such as fresh fruits.
According to DP World, the service adds a degree of flexibility by allowing additional terminals to be called at hub ports, subject to enticement.
