Smart Ports: Piers of the Future 2023 returns with the theme “Sailing Towards Innovation”, as this fifth edition promises to surpass previous ones in scale and significance.
The event will take place from 7-9 November 2023, at the Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC) in Barcelona, a renowned international gathering focused on urban environments organised by the Fira Internacional de Barcelona.
Serving as a crucial meeting point for leading ports and innovators worldwide, the event will emphasize port-city collaboration, addressing questions about the energy transition, creating a sustainable Blue Economy, and digitising operations to reduce the sector’s carbon footprint.
