An online platform released by the Port of Antwerp is able to obtain a complete list of real estate on offer in the port area and provide this information to potential investors.
The platform is available in Dutch and English and is aimed both at owners and at estate agents.
Updated monthly, it offers a full list of available properties with suitable filter options.
Antwerp currently has more than 600ha of covered storage to offer.

Björn Verhoeven, Property Manager at the Antwerp Port Authority, said: “With the support of the port companies and estate agents we have managed for the first time to create an open, user-friendly platform where supply and demand can be matched to one another in an efficient, transparent way.”
