Hapag-Lloyd has announced that its Middle East India Africa Express (MIAX) service will be adding the port of Hazira to its port coverage.
The updated rotation will kick off with MV BEA SCHULTE which is expected to sail on 14 June 2023, the German ocean carrier reported.

The new rotation of Hapag-Lloyd’s MIAX service is as follows:
Jebel Ali (UAE) – Mundra (India) – Hazira, (India) – Nhava Sheva, (India) – Colombo, (Sri Lanka) – Durban (South Africa) – Tema, (Ghana) – Tincan/Apapa, (Nigeria) – Durban – Jebel Ali.
In April 2023, Hapag-Lloyd announced it will start a new service named WCSA Feeder 4 (WS4) in Latin American.
More recently, Hapag-Lloyd launched “Ship Green”, a new solution for climate-friendly transportation based on biofuel.
