A video published via BestOutofWaste via YouTube shows the most powerful ship engine in the world, which was designed by Finnish manufacturer Wartsila.

The engine is designed for use by the world’s largest containerships, which run on heavy fuel oil.

Its largest 14-cylinder version is 13.5 metres high, 26.59 metres long and weighs over 2,300 tonnes.

The engine is the largest reciprocating engine in the world.
