Fratelli Cosulich Group, an Italian steamship line, has announced the delivery and naming ceremony for its second LNG Small Scale vessel, Paolina Cosulich.
The 5,300 deadweight tonnage (DWT) vessel, carrying 8,200 cubic metre of LNG and 500 cubic metre of marine gas oil (MGO), is reportedly outfitted with Warstila’s cutting-edge Dual Fuel technology and will depart from the Nantong CIMC SOE shipyard on 27 February.
This comes almost four weeks after NatPower H, a company of the NatPower group, announced a €100 million ($108 million) green hydrogen refuelling infrastructure for recreational boating in Italy, the first of its kind in the nation.
More recently, ZIM officially named three new LNG vessels in Korea and China.
