ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. (ZIM) has announced that its ZMP service, which connects Asia to the East Mediterranean, will now include a call at Vietnam’s Cai Mep Port.

The updated rotation is as follows:

ZIM noted that its customers will benefit from competitive transit times and a reliable, committed service.

“ZIM has implemented proactive measures to safeguard our crews, vessels, and customers’ cargo. These measures may include operating the vessels on the safest and most secured routes, which may lead to extended transit times,” commented the carrier on the ongoing Red Sea crisis.

In September 2023, ZIM announced its consolidated results for the three and nine months.

One month later, the carrier unveiled plans to enhance its services in Latin America with the launch of two new offerings, the ZIM Albatross (ZAT) and ZIM Gulf Toucan (ZGT) services.
