PSA Singapore has handled 25 million TEU at Tuas Port since the terminal began operations in September 2022.
The milestone comes as operations continue to ramp up at what PSA describes as the world’s largest fully automated container terminal. Tuas Port currently has 14 operational berths and is scheduled to increase this to 18 by 2027.
PSA said the terminal is intended to support resilient, reliable and efficient cargo flows as maritime trade patterns change. It connects the group’s Singapore transhipment capabilities with its wider international network of port operations.
The development forms part of PSA’s Node to Network strategy, which links its Singapore transhipment operations with the group’s wider port ecosystem. The operator is also continuing to introduce smart and sustainable technologies across the terminal.

PSA Singapore handled 44.5 million TEUs across its Singapore operations in 2025. The operator provides connections to 600 ports worldwide, with daily sailings to major ports and year-round operations.
Alongside terminal handling, PSA provides port-adjacent services intended to support the movement of cargo through the mid-mile logistics chain. These services are supported by digital systems designed to provide shared visibility across the end-to-end supply chain.
The operator said Tuas Port is intended to combine terminal and logistics services while strengthening cargo connectivity through Singapore. Its ongoing berth programme and technology deployment will support the next stage of the terminal’s operational expansion.
