Electro-hydraulic grab

The electro-hydraulic grab comes in both the 4 M3 (net weight 3.5 tonnes) and 6 M3 (net weight 4.5 tonnes) capacity size. The electro-hydraulic grab operates with ships/shore cranes from 8 mt capacity onwards and requires 380/440 volts of electrical power from vessel/shore respectively.

Depending on the density of the product and speed of the cranes, each grab can handle up to 2,400 mt and 4,800 mt of dry bulk cargo every 24 hours.

Radio remote controlled grab

DCA also offers radio remote controlled grabs of 8 M3 capacity (net weight 7.5 tonnes). The radio remote controlled grab is able to work on shore/vessels cranes with capacity from 16 mt onwards. Depending on the density of the product and speed of the cranes, each grab might be able to handle up to 4,800 mt of dry bulk cargo every 24 hours.

Electro hydraulic munck grab

The Electro hydraulic munck grab comes in both the 8/12 M3 capacity (net weight 8.5 tonnes) and 12/15 M3 capacity (net weight 9.5 tonnes) size.

This grab is designed to operate on vessels with travelling gantry cranes, but it has also been adapted to work on vessels with conventional cranes. It requires 440 volts of electrical power from ships. Depending on the takeaway and speed of the crane this grab can handle up to 7,200 mt/12,000 mt of dry bulk cargo every 24 hours.

Mobile hoppers

The versatile mobile hoppers can be assembled and disassembled alongside vessels in a maximum three hours (for each operation) attending discharge of any dry bulk cargo. The net weight of each hopper is 9.5 tonnes and each hopper has a cubic capacity of 35 m3.
