Guidance has been prepared by international experts on PIANC’s Working Group 178 which has focused on planning for climate change adaptation in operational seaports, inland waterways and navigation infrastructure.
Some references are made to greenfield sites, but the emphasis of the Guidance is on helping those responsible for strengthening resilience in existing facilities.
