RightShip has appointed Maria Psaltaki as Chief Product Officer, effective 13 July 2026.
She succeeds Marlon Grech, who is stepping down after four years leading the company’s product and technology development.
The move builds on a leadership evolution RightShip first announced in May 2026 and reflects continued investment in the company’s technology capabilities.
Marlon Grech joined RightShip through its 2022 acquisition of Thynk Software, the company he founded and which served as a pivotal step in RightShip’s transformation.
During his tenure, he led the evolution of the company’s product suite, oversaw development of the technology platform underpinning its next generation of digital and AI-enabled solutions, and established product and innovation hubs in Malta, Vietnam, Singapore and London.

Maria Psaltaki joins with a background in leading AI-first product organisations and scaling enterprise SaaS platforms. She takes up the role at what the company describes as a pivotal stage in its development, with a remit to build on existing foundations as RightShip looks to accelerate innovation and deliver further value to customers across the maritime supply chain.
