Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd. (ONE) has confirmed a planned leadership transition, with Till Ole Barrelet joining as CEO-designate on 1 May 2026 and succeeding Jeremy Nixon as CEO on 1 July 2026.
Nixon will move into a Senior Advisor role. Since April 2018, Nixon and his team merged the legacy Japanese carriers K Line, MOL and NYK into a single global container shipping company.
ONE now operates a fleet of over 260 vessels with more than 2 million TEU of capacity.
Till brings more than 20 years of maritime and logistics experience, including his most recent role as CEO of Emirates Shipping Line (ESL), with expertise in ship owning, financing, and container shipping across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Africa.

ONE also announced a new Executive Management Team structure: the CEO will be supported by seven divisional representatives and six regional leaders.
The expanded team is designed to improve collaboration across ONE’s global operations.
