XVELA Announces Star Studded Signees

XVELA, the first cloud-based vessel stowage and collaboration platform for ocean carriers and terminal operators, has announced that a wave of new terminal operators and shipping lines have signed on to pilot XVELA's program.

The signatories include Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA), which operates three high-performance terminals in Hamburg and one in Odessa, Ukraine; PSA International (PSA), one of the world’s largest terminal operators and owner of the world’s largest transshipment hub in Singapore; DP World, with a portfolio of 70 terminals in 31 countries across six continents; Modern Terminals Limited (MTL), the second largest terminal operator in Hong Kong; and the Port of Tanjung Pelepas, Malaysia’s most advanced terminal, strategically located at the confluence of the main east-west shipping lanes. 

Ocean carriers that have signed on include Maersk Line, the world’s largest container shipping company; MCC Transport (MCC), a key regional specialist handling all Intra–Asia containerized cargo for the Maersk Group; Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL), one of the world's largest integrated international container transportation and logistics companies and one of the leading international carriers serving China; Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK Line), one of the top ocean carriers in the world, with headquarters in Tokyo; and Hapag-Lloyd, who announced their agreement to pilot XVELA on February 17, 2016.
