WiseTech Global has entered an agreement to acquire BSM Global, a provider of global trade management (GTM) systems and solutions.
Headquartered in Australia, BSM is being acquired from private shareholders.
BSM’s GTM solution reportedly allows exporters and importers to plan and manage the contracts, and financial and commercial arrangements with their trading partners and produce relevant international trade documents.
It also allows supply chain managers to plan and execute their international transactions removing manual processes and automating data transfer between supply chain managers, their logistics service providers, their customers and some government or statutory bodies.
These solutions integrate with the most common ERP systems used by exporters including SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics.
