Shipping company Wallenius SOL has acquired Mann Lines, a provider of liner RoRo and container vessel services, logistics and forwarding.
The Swedish company stated that the collaboration will bring various benefits to both existing and future customers. By partnering with reliable operators in key hub ports, the service network will expand to include Ireland, Spain, and other locations.
The integration of routes is expected to enhance service capacity and consistency, supporting timely deliveries. Additionally, Wallenius SOL will establish new offices in Estonia, Latvia, and the UK while strengthening its presence in Finland, Germany, and the Benelux region.

The collaboration is expected to expand Wallenius SOL’s modern fleet. This includes the upcoming delivery of a new RoRo vessel, with an efficient design for hull and propulsion, aimed at reducing emissions.

Earlier this year, Wallenius Wilhelmsen took over terminal operations in Gothenburg, Sweden.
