A recently released video shows the MSC Home Terminal in Antwerp – the second largest terminal in the world – in action as it goes through the terminal motions which make it one of the most enigmatic terminals on the planet.
MSC has been famously coy about its terminal operations.
PTI previously reported on the Busan New Container Terminal in Busan New Port as the first vertically-automated terminal in Asia, capable of achieving the fastest truck turnaround times compared to any other Asian terminal.
With low dwell-times, high-performing cranes and year-round operations, the MSC Home Terminal can shift around 4.5 million TEU per year, and claims to be the “best and fastest container service available”.
