Trelleborg has recently launched its ‘Interfit USA’ website which is designed to help consumers purchase forklift tyres and ensure they are the perfect fit.
According to the company, the Interfit website is easy to use and the consumer does not need any prior knowledge of tyres.
Consumers are required to enter some basic information regarding their forklift and average hours of usage. A list of available tyres is then provided.

Program Manager Jason Canning said: “The Internet has changed the way we purchase goods. We believe forklift tyres should be no different.”
He concluded that using the right tyre can keep a forklift in service for a longer time-frame and reduce its maintenance costs – a prime example of Trelleborg’s focus on providing the best ‘total value of ownership.’
