StormGeo has announced the fleet-wide implementation of its voyage optimisation solution across G2 Ocean’s 120 vessels.
G2 Ocean has chosen StormGeo’s Voyage Optimization system, which enables both shoreside and aboard personnel to plan and execute optimal, safe trips.
This solution reportedly delivers complete, data-driven assistance throughout the voyage by seamlessly integrating AI-driven insights, sophisticated technology, weather analytics, and the knowledge of StormGeo’s route analysts and operational support specialists.

The company believes that this strategy maximises the benefits of digitalisation by improving cost-efficiency and safety.
In September 2024, StormGeo and Danelec successfully implemented an advanced vessel performance optimisation system for 48 Turkish vessels owned by shipping companies Arkas and Er Shipping.
