Sea Star Line LLC (Sea Star) will install Tidework Technology’s terminal operating system (TOS) at its Jacksonville and San Juan, Puerto Rico terminals.
The utilisation of a modern TOS represents a significant step in Sea Star’s efforts to update the terminals’ technology, streamline processes and boost customer service levels.

These include a thorough business process analysis and site assessment at each of the terminals; integration services for the seamless exchange of critical data between the TOS and other business critical systems; database administration, regular back-ups, and complete system monitoring for peak performance and maximum uptime; and ongoing 24/7 technical support of the applications through Tideworks’ service center in Seattle, Washington.
