PSA BDP has acquired a majority stake in Mexico-based ED Forwarding, strengthening its presence in Mexico and expanding cross-border logistics and customs capabilities.
Mexico’s location and ocean access make it a vital hub for regional and international trade.
As nearshoring from Asia to Mexico grows, demand is rising for robust distribution networks.
Based in Mexico City, ED Forwarding is reportedly well-positioned to meet this need across various industries.
PSA’s global terminal network, PSA BDP’s supply chain capabilities, and related services will be available through the partnership.

With closer integration, the two companies will combine their resources and infrastructure to expand service reach in and beyond the region.
Customers will reap the advantages of an enhanced service portfolio, increased operational efficiencies, and access to a more robust logistics network tailored to the evolving demands of the market.
