Cavotec has renewed its service agreement with the Port of Salalah in Oman for a further two years, extending a partnership that began in 2016.
Under the agreement, Cavotec will continue providing 24/7 on-site repair and maintenance support for 32 MoorMaster vacuum mooring units operating at the port.
The MoorMaster systems, supplied by Cavotec, are designed to improve berth efficiency and vessel handling performance, particularly during challenging weather conditions.

“This agreement highlights the importance of reliable, around-the-clock service to maintain efficient operations and reflects the trust built over a decade of collaboration.”
In March, Cavotec secured an order worth around €3 million ($3.4 million) to supply shore power systems across multiple ports in southern Italy.
