Gateway Terminals Savannah appoints Bryan Blalock as new President to lead operations and support ocean carriers.
He will succeed Kevin Price, who will join the Georgia Ports Authority leadership team as President on 1 July.
Georgia Ports Authority President and CEO, Griff Lynch, said: “We welcome Bryan Blalock to Savannah and the important role he will play supporting ocean carriers. Together, Gateway and Georgia Ports aim to provide our customers a best-in-class experience.”
Blalock, previously COO at CMC overseeing 60+ operations with 1,900 staff, brings over 35 years of experience in port terminal operations, strategic planning, and process optimisation.

Kevin Price said: “Bryan’s leadership, safety mindset and industry experience will keep Gateway on a high-performance path and strengthen customer relationships. His appointment ensures a seamless management transition.”
Blalock stated: “I am honored to join Gateway Terminals Savannah, a leader in the stevedore industry. The Port of Savannah is one of the fastest growing ports in the US, and I look forward to helping our customers grow through best-in-class operations.”
