OneStop has extended its services to the new Kenwick Intermodal Terminal (IMT) by Intermodal Group (IMG) in Western Australia.
This collaboration will integrate OneStop’s technology, OneStop Modal and the Vehicle Booking System (VBS), into the new intermodal facility, improving operational efficiency, container movements, and traffic flow management.
This is anticipated to increase the region’s capacity by providing an additional 2,000 TEU of empty container storage.
Kenwick IMT will function as an inland terminal, with rail services transferring containers to Fremantle.
Rail operations between Kenwick IMT and North Quay Rail Terminal began this week.
Watco Australia’s dedicated rail service, with a capacity of 100 TEU, will improve supply chain efficiency by streamlining container movements throughout the region, reported OneStop.
