OneStop launches new rail logistics solution

Software solutions company, OneStop, has unveiled its new Rail Module which is integrated into the OneStop Modal Depot solution.

The OneStop Rail Module serves as a management system tailored for Rail Operators and Intermodal Facilities.

As an extension to OneStop’s Modal Depot management solution, this module allows facilities to manage train services entering and leaving their premises.

According to OneStop, the Rail Module boasts a number of operational benefits, offering capabilities and functionalities that span the entire spectrum of rail logistics.

The Rail Module will first be introduced in December 2023 at Patrick PortRail Melbourne, a new rail terminal at the Port of Melbourne.

Key Features of the OneStop Rail Module are:

  • Streamlined Operations: Manage train receival windows, load, and discharge plans, consist management, invoicing, and reporting.
  • End-to-End Visibility: Provide visibility for all supply chain participants, enhancing collaboration and decision-making.
  • Scalable Solutions: Tailored for Rail Operators and Intermodal Facilities of any size, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
