Ocean Network Express (ONE) has announced that it received the ‘One Commitment’, its first magenta containership, at the Yantian International Container Terminals (YICT) in China on May 24, 2018.

The 8,560 TEU One Commitment, which operates on THE Alliance’s Asia to North America PN2 service, wears the magenta brand colour to convey an “energetic, innovative and confident perception” to customers, according to ONE.

One Commitment started her maiden voyage from Singapore on May 15, 2018, and has already called at Laem Chabang in Thailand, Cai Mep in Vietnam and Kaohsiung in Taiwan before arriving at the Port of Yantian in China.

She will continue her journey to Tacoma in the US and Vancouver in Canada.

When returning to Asia, she will call at Tokyo and Kobe in Japan, Kaohsiung in Taiwan and Singapore.

The PN2 provides a comprehensive eastbound service form South East Asia, South China, Taiwan to Pacific Northwest, and a premium westbound service from Pacific Northwest to Japan, Taiwan and Singapore.
