Ocean Network Express (ONE) has announced the opening of its West Asia Regional Headquarters in Dubai.
The move is intended to accelerate ONE’s expansion and increase its presence in the fast-rising markets of the Indian Subcontinent, the Middle East, and East Africa.
The West Asia Regional Headquarters office will be ONE’s core hub for the Indian Subcontinent, the Middle East, and East Africa, overseeing essential tasks such as commercial activity, customer support and digitalisation.

Sundeep Sibal has been named the Regional Director of West Asia Regional Headquarters, beginning 1 April 2024.
Sibal joined ONE in 2018 as the Head of Transpacific and Transatlantic Trades.
In his current role as Head of Global Commercial & Service Management, he has overseen the development of Global Sales and Service. Previously, he oversaw Mitsui O.S.K. Lines’ (MOL) regional operations in the Middle East, Indian Subcontinent, and Southeast Asia.
Jeremy Nixon, CEO of ONE said: “The Middle East, Indian subcontinent and East Africa regions have become increasingly key growth markets for ONE, for both our inter-regional and deep sea network customers.
“It is therefore appropriate that ONE now moves the regional oversight of this region from Singapore to Dubai, by setting up a new RHQ office closer to these key markets. Sibal has been a key member of ONE’s senior management team since the inception of the company, and has an intricate knowledge of West Asia. We wish him every success with this new appointment.”
