The agreement covers ocean and inland transportation, logistics services, supply chain management, education, and sustainability initiatives.

The collaboration focuses on several strategic areas:

  • Ocean and logistics services: Enhancing ocean freight capacity, expanding to new destinations, and establishing flexible global storage and distribution networks in Morocco, along with worldwide transit operations.

  • Supply chain innovation: Digitalising supply chain operations and adopting best-in-class practices to support the international growth of specialty businesses.

  • Education & Research: Launching joint academic and training initiatives with Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) to advance knowledge in logistics, supply chain, and sustainability.

  • Sustainability: A key focus of the MoU, with joint efforts to decarbonize logistics operations, explore sustainable fuel solutions, and implement energy-efficient practices, all aimed at achieving net-zero emissions by 2040.
