Navis, part of Cargotec's business area Kalmar, will hold an industry event to come up with a software strategy that allows shipping partners to streamline their ocean supply chains and improve collaboration.

Cargotec is inviting investors and analysts to Software Day in Helsinki, Finland, on June 1, 2017, to come up with a strategy that will deliver a more comprehensive set of solutions for optimizing terminal and carrier performance, as well as cloud-based collaboration.

The company aims to drive greater transparency, efficiency and profitability to a network of ocean carriers, terminal operators and logistics providers to deliver goods more efficiently.
