Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) has announced adjustments to its standalone services Swan and Britannia.
The Swan service will become Swan-Sentosa to provide a new corridor for Eastbound cargoes to/from Southeast Asia.
The new pendulum service will include additional westbound calls in Qingdao and Busan. The company announced there will be no change in current Northwest Continent rotations.
The Swan-Sentosa rotation will be the following:
Qingdao – Ningbo – Shanghai – Yantian – Tanjung Pelepas – Felixstowe – Antwerp – Hamburg – Gdansk – Gdynia – Klaipeda – Bremerhaven – Antwerp – Singapore – Laem Chabang – Vung Tau – Busan – Long Beach – Oakland – Busan – Qingdao

Additionally, the rotation of Britannia will be amended to make Hamburg its second port call in Europe. This will result in the following rotation:
Shanghai – Ningbo – Yantian – Vung Tau – Liverpool – Rotterdam – Hamburg – Antwerp – London Gateway – Singapore
Last month, MSC reached an agreement with premier technology startup NYSHEX.
