MSC adjusts Gulf to SAEC String 1 service

Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) has opted to extend the omission of Mobile, Navegantes, and Salvador up to Monte Pascoal to maintain schedule reliability.

MSC noted that it will alternate Cristobal’s omission northbound and southbound beginning with MSC Vancouver, journey 426R.

In June, MSC launched a new shuttle service, Dhalia, to provide extra capacity for Asia to Mexico West Coast cargoes.

That same month, the carrier announced the enhancement of the Bengal service, to establish direct connections between China and Bangladesh.
